1 — Apple Cider Mule

The only way to make a classic Moscow Mule even better is to add this little twist. Our Apple Cider Mule is soon-to-be your new favorite drink— the crisp, sweet flavor of apple cider with the spicy kick of ginger beer makes it the perfect drink for chilly evenings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz apple flavored vodka

  • 1 oz apple cider

  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

  • 3-4 oz ginger beer, to top

  • Apple slice & cinnamon stick, for garnish

How to Make It:

  1. Fill a copper mug with ice

  2. Pour in the apple vodka, apple cider, & lime juice and stir well

  3. Top off with ginger beer

  4. Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick for extra presentation points

Pro Tip: For an extra sweet layer of flavor, rim the glass with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar before pouring in the drink.

2 — Honey & Fig Sidecar

This next cocktail takes the classic sidecar and gives it a cozy fall makeover with honey, fresh figs, and thyme. This autumn inspired cocktail has a rich, slightly sweet flavor that’ll make you feel like you’re sipping on luxurious treat

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Cognac

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz Cointreau

  • 1/2 oz Honey Syrup

  • 1 Fresh Fig, halved

  • 1/2 tbsp Fig Jam

  • 1-2 Thyme Sprigs

How to Make It:

  1. Muddle the fresh fig, fig jam, lemon juice, cointreau, honey syrup & thyme in an empty cocktail shaker

  2. Once muddled, pour in cognac & fill with ice, then shake until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty

  3. Strain into a chilled coupé glass and garnish with a fresh fig & whole thyme sprig

Pro Tip: To make the honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and hot water, stirring until fully blended. This smooths out the honey, ensuring it mixes seamlessly into your cocktail.

3 — Pumpkin Pie Martini

Nothing says fall quite like pumpkin. This Pumpkin Pie Martini is a creamy, dessert-inspired cocktail that brings all the comforting flavors of pumpkin pie into the classic martini glass. It’ll definitely give your espresso martini a run for its money.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Vanilla Flavored Vodka

  • 2 oz Irish Cream Liqueur (e.g. Bailey’s)

  • 2 oz Pumpkin Flavored Liqueur (e.g. Hiram Walker)

  • Pinch of Ground Cinnamon & Nutmeg

How to Make It:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice

  2. Pour in the vanilla vodka, irish cream liqueur & pumpkin liqueur and shake until the cocktail shaker becomes frosty.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and top with ground cinnamon and nutmeg (and whipped cream if desired)

Pro Tip: You can make this cocktail even more decadent by adding a tiny splash of maple syrup or caramel sauce to the shaker.

4 — Candy Apple Spritz

This Candy Apple Spritz is a light, sparkling option that combines the nostalgic flavor of caramel candied apples with a bubbly finish. Ideal for brunch or early evening gatherings, it’s as refreshing as it is festive.
